Appointments

A routine cleaning appointment typically takes 45-60 minutes. This includes the cleaning itself, an exam by the dentist, and time for any questions. Deep cleanings may take 60-90 minutes per quadrant of the mouth.

You can schedule an appointment by calling our office at (555) 123-4567, using our online booking system available 24/7, or sending us a message through our contact form. We offer early morning, evening, and Saturday appointments for your convenience.

We ask for 24-48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment time to other patients. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
Yes, we reserve time each day for dental emergencies. If you’re experiencing severe pain, swelling, or have had a dental injury, call us immediately. For after-hours emergencies, our answering service will connect you with the on-call dentist.

Procedures & Care

Most patients experience little to no discomfort during professional teeth whitening. Some may have temporary sensitivity to hot or cold for 24-48 hours after treatment. We use desensitizing agents and can adjust the treatment for patients with sensitive teeth.
We recommend dental checkups and cleanings every six months for most patients. However, some patients with gum disease or other conditions may need more frequent visits. Your dentist will recommend the best schedule for your individual needs.
Yes, dental X-rays are very safe. We use digital X-rays, which emit up to 90% less radiation than traditional film X-rays. We also use lead aprons for additional protection. The amount of radiation is minimal—less than you’d receive from a day in the sun.
We understand dental anxiety is common and offer several comfort options including nitrous oxide (laughing gas), oral sedation, noise-canceling headphones, and a calm, judgment-free environment. Please let us know about your concerns so we can make your visit as comfortable as possible.
